Chatton Lakes is a stunning lakeside wedding venue in north Northumberland with 4 beautiful lakes providing a stunning backdrop for your wedding celebration to wow your guests and set the perfect party scene. You will enjoy exclusive use and access to Chatton Lakes, providing a true blank canvas to bring your vision to life. While we have a list of recommended suppliers, we welcome your own choices to ensure your event is truly bespoke.

Our marquee pitch with uninterrupted views across the water has ample room for your choice of marquee, tipi or anything else you might be dreaming of to help shape your wedding celebration into something as individual and personalised as you like.

Multi-Day Weddings

With exclusive marquee hire of Chatton Lakes, you have the perfect opportunity to spend more time with all your friends and family by arranging a multi-day wedding experience to create a truly unforgettable memory for both you and your guests.

David and Gemma will be happy to help you plan and make each day seem like a special event to create a truly immersive experience. We can help you host traditional welcome parties and day after brunches, as well as arranging some unique lakeside activities such as fishing, paddle-boarding and freshwater swimming. Fresh line caught trout makes an excellent barbecue!

Staying Here

A short walk away is the village of Chatton, home to plenty of holiday cottages and a pub with rooms who would be pleased to provide accommodation for your guests.

We can also recommend a number of suppliers who offer yurts and glamping facilities for something more luxurious.
